     Three weeks prior to requested QE mission date

     Attach QE Request Form with all candidates

     Attach Individual Training Record for each candidate

 

Operational Facilities (OPFAC)

     Two boats scheduled and under AOM orders

     Check working status of required operational safety equipment

 

Advance information - provide forms to candidates from D7 “QE Corner”

     Coxswain Underway Check Ride (Initial Certification)

     Coxswain Recertification Check Ride
